I recently had VW replace the cracked cassette frame on my toilet, but I'm not sure if they disturbed a cable or connection during the repair. I only noticed an issue a few weeks later because I haven't been using the toilet over winter (the van has no water hooked up). I'll check the fuse when I can—maybe I'll get lucky and that's all it is. Every time I take the van to VW for one fix, something else seems to go wrong!Yes, works with no water.
Thanks—I saw the switch when I removed the cassette and tried turning it manually, but unfortunately, the flush/extraction still isn't working even with the switch.there is a micro switch on the open/close slide. fan should operate when slide is open.

Thanks, I fixed it. The fuse (fist from the left) was blown and the toilet hatch switch wasn't aligned with the cassette. It's all working now.if the flush and the extraction are both not working sounds like they have lost power, check the connectors inside the toilet hatch maybe they disconnected when working on hatch?
