Sitting up in bed in the T7

I’ve been trying to raise the head of the downstairs bed a little to sit up in bed (it’s already a bit difficult with the overhead locker) but the bed doesn’t stay up as I think it did in previous models. I wondered if anyone has found a solution to this?
