Leisure battery issues

My GC680 has been in the dealer getting some warranty work done. For 3 months to be precise! On picking it up yesterday I noticed the leisure battery flat, display warning on the dash. I mentioned this before driving off and was told it should recover ok, technician was working on it earlier and he had the lights on and will charge back up on the way home.
Got it home and on the display panel it looked as though it had charged, but when first opening the display panel it said "Battery is empty. Load immediately". Also, the main light switch would not operate the interior lights. The individual light switches did work.
So, Red switch off, blue plug out, wait a minute and put back together. The main light switch now works, great, I thought that was the fix, so I left it charging overnight.
This morning the battery bar graph was displaying 100%, so I disconnected the hook up and tried to do a load test by switching the fridge on. Initially the hours remaining stayed at 57h15m, the bar graph showing as if the battery still charging, (hook up not connected), but also showing a discharge of -2A. Later in the day the remaining time did reduce to around 6H, the voltage did reduce from around 13.5V to 12.9V, but the bar graph still shows 100%.
I was hoping that the blue plug reset would solve the issue, obviously not! The whole system seems confused!

Is there a procedure for doing a reset where the system knows the starting point for the battery condition? Is it best to charge the leisure battery first seperately, using an external charger and disconnecting the negative lead before doing the blue plug reset?
After 3 months in the dealer with numerous washroom doors ordered, (would you believe around 10, some damaged, some warped visually so never fitted and 2 replaced but yet another on order, fixing dropped headlining above the bed, fixing the radar for cruise control and it has still to go back for replacing leaking casette door and now this!!
I know it is the dealers problem, but any advice appreciated, as I don't really wanting it going back there when I've just got it back!.

I would suggest leaving plugged in for couple of days on EHU, apparently this helps reset the battery info and should get it back to accurately reporting the status of battery. Needs a few charge cycles.

The battery monitoring mechanism should reset after a full charge cycle. Leave it on hookup for at least 24hrs. If you find it won’t hold charge and goes flat much more quickly than expected it may have been over discharged for an extended period. If the dealer didn’t put it on hookup from time to time over that 3 month period it’s a possibly that it is no longer serviceable. A battery test which the dealer should be able to do will give an indication of its condition.

Thanks both for your suggestions. I'm keeping fingers crossed but think I may have it working as it should again! Hope so!
Last night I switched red switch to off, removed blue plug, disconnected negative lead from battery and for good measure disconnected shunt wire from white plug on negative terminal.
Waited 5 minutes and connected all back together again in that order.
Connected hook up and see charging on the display. Disconnected hook up and charging on display now stops, as it should. (Previously it was still showing charging on the bar graph whilst also showing a discharge of 2amps as the lights were on).
This morning with no hook up I left the interior lights on for a couple of hours and now the bar graph has gone from 100% to 90% as I might expect.
I'll leave it on hook up for a couple of days and then do a load test to see how long the battery lasts to 40% with lights and fridge on, to see if battery is still holding a reasonable charge.

I would be interested to know how long people would expect the battery to last to 40% with the lights and fridge on?
