What would you use to stick this bit of plastic back on? Looks like it was originally held on with some sort of tape.

Is that piece of trim still straight? If it is bent you'll probably have trouble keeping it stuck on.

If it is straight and you can clean it the back of it then I would suggest something like Sikaflex 554.

Try Upol Tigerseal-preparation is 99% of all fixes. Once clean wedge it firm and leave to dry making sure no excess is squeezed out. It drys solid. Used many times on various parts including the infamous Ford Focus rubber door strips you see flapping out of door bottoms.

I would use the sikaflex, i have used it on all sorts of trim repair and it's easily removed from your paint work, keep the rest of the tube to repair your bellows when the rubber comes out of the track on the front passanger side. :)

Yup deffo this , Sikaflex 221.

For info, if you want go down the original tape route, then 3M VHB 5952 tape (Black colour rather than white) with 3M VHB isopropyl solution and Primer 94 to prepare the surface. But this is very much a take it all off and start again method, but if the plastic is bent then the tape method might not work unless you can get it back into shape.
