France Trip 2025

Last leg of the trip Camping Lac D,Orient near Troyes, as recently seen on @CampervanTime, though to be fair I booked it way before that so this is at least one thing Will and Sarah haven’t “influenced” me to buy ;) Unlike half of my other camping gear lol

Very nice site

We've booked, but not yet stayed at, one of these Flower Campings sites in their 'Freecamp' pitches. Could be an option :thumb
Just a quick update on Flower Camping Les Ondines in Souillac. The private facilities weren’t quite what we’d pictured! The idea is brilliant — having your own hot shower on the pitch is a real treat — but the execution could do with a bit of TLC. Also, the toilets are so close together that it feels a little too neighbourly ;) plus some of the units/sheds are looking a bit tired.

The pitches themselves are on the scruffier side at the moment too, though appreciate some of that’s down to the weather. With a bit more care and maintenance, the idea here could improved greatly!

We won't be back!!

that's a shame, in the pics of the "ensuite" looks almost identical to the ones at Sandaya Millau, i think our main issue was water pooling on the floor as there's no door on the shower, a simple drain in the floor would of fixed that, it put up with that though just to have a toilet with a seat! i still can't get my head around these French toilets without seats situation! Les Rivages was supposed to be 4 start but still no seats in the communal toilets
