I got the impression as
@lohr500 says, that it's based on the best sales centres for the new 'Lifestyle' marque. Eg Manchester with its industrial background is much more geared to commercial and tradesman Transporter sales, and only sold 6 or so Califonias last year. However, Breeze on the warmer south coast with different demographics and population styles is much more a California dealership. And their excellent reputation only reinforces this. Where Liverpool fits in with this, I don't know. (Macnchester appeared relieved to not to have the T7 sales...)
