Roof bellow 'stiffeners'

Thanks for your response but I don't understand how the roof can close if there isn't a join/hinge in the stiffener - can you explain please. Mine is broken in a couple of places
There is a material join/hinge at the halfway point I replaced the lower half

Thanks for reminding me; https://www.robotbirds.co.uk/buildi...trips/carbon-strip-0-5m-x-50-0mm-x-2-0mm.html

Yes, it works fine.
I rounded off the sharp corners then lowered the roof and folded the front outwards, then lowered it down to a few inches allowing me to withdraw the broken strip and slide in the replacement.

I’ve managed to bend/ snap my front stiffener.

Is it one long piece as it feels likes it’s joined in the middle - 2012 cali

Hi there,

Mine is broken at the top. However, it looks to me like there are actually two hinge points there—or is there normally just one? How do you repair this hinge point? Or do you just round off the corners?
