Wind out awning jammed

I am camped. Wind out awning was a bit jerky going in and out last night/this morning. This evening can't get it out at all. Tried oiling it, to no success at all. Any ideas?

Try pulling the front edge whilst it's being wound out . (Two person)

If it's that bad i probably would wait until I got home to investigate

Thank you. We tried that. Popped into a campervan garage who thought one of the cables might have broken. As you say, we will live without it until we get home. I would hate to have it get stuck open.
