Who do I contact- VIP membership query?

Can anyone help please?
I upgraded to VIP membership a few days ago and had the email confirmation of payment received BUT I am still not showing as VIP member and unable to access any discount code to purchase items from Campervan BitZ.
I sent an email via contacts but haven’t had any reply yet.
Does anyone have details of who I can contact to resolve this please?
