Washing and impregnating pop up tent

What do you use to care for your pop up roof canvas and keep it waterproof? Mine is from 2005 and needs some TLC.

I used a fabric waterproofed I bought from Aldi. It’s about £1.60 a can. Used 3 cans and works brilliantly. Done it twice in 5 years...
