VW Valentine message

Hi All

Is this a valentine message from VW telling me i need new wiper blades or something else..before I plug my Carissa in ?

The system knows nothing about the state of your blades so from the image it's more likely telling you the auto rain sensor is knackered.

Obvious question, but do the wipers still move? I very much doubt it is the blades, no way for the car to know the age and condition. More likely an issue with the wiper motor or arm positions.

Carista gave a few errors so have reset them, but before i did this i put the ignition on and the warning had disappeared
