I've used them twice, once for some warranty work - rear headrest release catches broken, windscreen blinds replaced due to not staying closed, roof heli tape replaced due to peeling off. Then a second time for service & MOT.
First time I had a T7 courtesy vehicle overnight and the second time I waited and had a walk around.
They have been really good so far in my experience.
