Wiring connector for the heated screen. Likely had a replacement.so old mattress fits but is probably about 2 inches too long
you have to remove the cushion off the top of the rear parcel shelf which is now spring assisted to raise and no longer made of wire but a solid piece.
the new parcel shelf has a strap to help lift it so the cushion on top has a cutout for the strap
anyway the wife decided to keep the mattress but in less than 24 hours is now changing her mind
the rear seat/bench seems to sit approx. 2 inches further back one assumes to allow better access to the wardrobe now that the sliding doors have been replaced
so i can see a trip back to the dealer to get a safety triangle/firstaid kit and swap the mattress
the other thing is that the cutlery drawer insert is not as good in the t6.1 so we swapped it with the t6
upstairs bed it better, tiny bit bigger and the wooded slats replaced with plastic springs that are a lot more comfortable
no lid on the glove box is a negative so might buy one
but in less than 24 hours we have our first fault !! something about traffic sign recognition, i did find a connector under the bonnet just sitting there all on its own, so did a google lens and it looks like its the connector to the heated screen, and as the screen works i am wondering if the screen has been replaced and the camera not calibrated and hence to error message about sign recognition
has anyone else had this error?
pic of van and cable found under the bonnet attached
