This awning room has been very lightly used - in fact we've only ever used the front panel and the "rafters". It's a substantial bit of kit which makes the very best use of the space under the wind-out awning to form a very sturdy room with no flappy bits! One photo shows the actual item (well the front panel and rafters); the others are illustrative. We bought it in 2022 but no longer have the Cali. £750.
