I have a customer who has rented our T6 California Ocean. It has been our first rental since Covid. We cleaned out the tank and rinsed twice through the tap and all was fine. The customer said they got a cup of tea but not there is not water coming out. There is a gurgling noise when they turn the tap on and they can hear the pump working. The tank is full of water. We are a bit stuck as we don't have the supplemental book as it is in the van to at least maybe see what it all looks like to tell them what to do. I phoned the garage and they think it is the rubber hose that has come off but I'm not sure where that would be. Can someone help. Thank you.
