Tailgate bling hook / support

I am struggling to find a part number for the hook / support that the tailgate blind attaches to when pulled up. Mine has started to crack and I’d like to have a replacement ready for when I remove it to install the new high level brake light.

It’s part 13 on the attached diagram.

Any help much appreciated.
