"Tailer side assist and rear traffic alert unavailable" when towing

I've just taken delivery of a T6.1 Cali. All good! But when I mount my towbar mounted bike rack I get the message "Tailer side assist and rear traffic alert unavailable" every few minutes and it's getting very annoying. Does anyone know if this warning can be switched off?

Is that an aftermarket or factory bar/electrics??
Sounds like it’s not been coded correctly or you have a wiring issue

Has the bike rack got a lighting kit attached? If not, I wonder if the sensors are continually picking up an obstruction from the rack and so keep throwing up the message.

If it has a lighting kit attached, do you have the original fit towbar/wiring, or aftermarket?
Either way, if the bike rack has a lighting kit attached, then as per @MickyBlue it sounds like a coding or wiring issue.

I've never had a problem when plugging in my Thule bike rack or trailer to the towbar electrics socket. I think there is one message at start up saying some features are unavailable, but the message doesn't keep repeating.
