T6 Ocean Fridge won’t switch off

My fridge won’t switch off. The motor is constantly running and drawing power it does get cold but when to temperature won’t switch off on a 2016 T6 Ocean any advice I have tried rebooting control panel

Sounds like a thermostat issue to me.
