Odd one this. There seems to be some gunk/goo behind the left hand two buttons below the media unit on my Beach (the passenger seat and windscreen heater buttons). I've definitely not spilt anything but the media unit has been out - getting it replaced under the All In warranty but been waiting since April. The delamination started in the top right of the screen but has spread all the way across and almost down to the bottom.
I tried to load a video but couldn't see how (without putting it as a link) but in the picture you might be able to see how the gunk seems to be coming from behind the buttons. When I press the buttons they work but the action is squishy and you can see the gunk across the top of the buttons.
I'll get the dealer to investigate when the screen finally gets in (have been hassling VW directly for a timeline) but would be good to understand what it could be if anyone has any ideas! Thanks
