Roof bed misaligned

Hi, I have a 2023 Cali Ocean. I’ve noticed a gap appearing when the roof bed is down, between the roofbed and the frame it sits on. Can’t see anything obvious blocking or misaligning.

Hydraulics seem to be fine - any suggestions please?

Check the rear hinge of the roof bed on that side and the gas strut on that side that holds the bed up.
