Removing trim on top of door card

Apologies if going over old ground......can anyone confirm if the top damaged plastic trim on my T5.1 door can be removed without taking the whole door card off ?

Have downloaded the very useful pdf regarding the door card removal and seems to point towards a yes.

Yes. Just pull it upwards. It is clipped on various places.
