Refitting the sliding door seal

I’m replacing the door seal on the sliding door opening. I’ve removed the old seal
Which was tight around the pillar trim around the roller blind . To put the new seal in do I need to remove all this trim. I lifted the door step trim and I thought that was all I had to do.
If I do need to remove all the surrounding trim is there and order to do it in I’m nervous of forcing the trim and breaking it. Couple of photos I took when I took the old trim off.View attachment 141158View attachment 141159
