Rear USB-C on T7 ocean not working when camping wild

Hi All,

Needing some help. Bought a new T7 ocean in September last year, since I bought it. The rear sockets don’t charge USB-C’s - we mostly wild camp, however when on site - the 3 pins works but again the USB-C’s don’t. Got warranty but just wondering if there is a switch or something? Maybe a setting change?

Likely a fuse. Assume you have tried multiple cables.
