I’m wondering if anyone else has had a problem starting the Cali on very hot days.

On three separate hot days, turning the key has had zero affect on the camper van, no lights, no clicks and certainly no engine. Once the sun goes down and things cool off the van starts again, no problems.

The battery has been tested by a battery shop, they refused to replace it.

We used Carista and downloaded all of the errors and uploaded the file to AI to filter out for the days where we had issues starting.

We then chatted to AI about the errors and hot days and it suggested that the Body Control Module, hidden behind the fuse box, behind the headlight switch that could be at fault.

It suggested that perhaps there is a weak connection that becomes too weak because of expansion and contraction in some of the joints.

So my question is I guess, has this happened to you? What was the solution?
