New to the club from Holland. HELLO to you all.

Just joined the club, and we bought our Cali just recent in july 2025.
VW California Comfortline. Autom VWT5 2.5Tdi 2004. Just days later we booked the ferry from Hoek van Holland to Harwich and drove all the way up to Scotland in 2 days. Normally we visit Scotland with our backpacks and tent but this was something else. We love it!!! Went all the way up to the north and back (3200km). And we had again some lovely weather, each time we visit Scotland (allready for Some 14 years) its not raining. Here are some pic’s.

I have a cousin who grew up in Cumbria, my Uncle was a campervan enthusiast! She married a Dutch man and moved to the Netherlands. For many years she had to return home because she just missed the hills!
Enjoy your van. Of course you can still take your tents and wander away for the night!
