New to be Cali owner in Devon

Hi all ,
Picking up new Hybrid California Ocean next week . My first proper camper , dabbled with rock and roll bed in T4 a decade ago ( which was like playing Russian roulette every time you went out as to whether you would make it back ), so hopefully this one will be more reliable
Looking forward to searching for hints and tips on this site.
Having our first trip out on Bank Holiday weekend to North Devon , with the wife , 12 year old and dog, so will be a baptism of fire . About to get the blow up awning out of storage this morning to check all is well. She has picked a pitch with its own personal bathroom ( would have been cheaper staying at a Travelodge !!), so let’s hope it’s a luxurious weekend

Nice one, enjoy, I think that personal bathroom sounds like something my other half would like. Where abouts is it?

Hi Russmcp , it’s Smytham Holiday Park , near Great Torrington .
I’ll have to check the route for narrow lanes , don’t want to be adding too much “Devon Rash” in the first week
