Hi. Delighted to join the forum having just bought a California Ocean T6 for the first time. Looking for some accessories such as sheets and mats living in Jersey. Where is best purchasing kit?

As AlisonF says, the clubshop will provide interesting options, but it is always advisable to start using the van and purchase what you actually will need. If you buy otherwise, you may end up with a lot of stuff that you may not use at all.

IMO, three items that you can start with (a) a sparesafe lock to secure the spare wheel (b) a bungee cord for the roof bellows to ensure that the canvas does not get stuck in the roof mechanism (c) a steering wheel lock - any kind will do - for added security of your vehicle, especially if you have to installed any other security device. A visual deterrent always helps.

Welcome to the Club, The club shop has some good stuff, bought a lot of items from it. Went with Rainbow Screens for my Cali topper but the club shop for the angry eyes screen cover.

Bed sheets we bought normal bed linen which works well for us, we take our duvet and pillows off our bed when we are away in the Cali and have a spare sleeping bag as if it's hot I prefer to sleep on the top bed..

We tend to travel light but you will need an electric hookup cable (different lengths available) and UK adapter for charging your van at home some basic kitchen equipment and learn as you go.

We all have different needs and you can either spend a small fortune on accessories or very little. The club shop is very good but I have also had good deals elsewhere.

Welcome! Ikea are delivering quite a few things, we went for the 100% cotton DVALA fitted sheets, ANGSLILJA duvet and pillow sets ( matching grey colour to inside Cali) and the TALGJE toppers ( plus a few pouffes, £39 induction hob, compact kettle and very cheap plastic plates). All very well priced and some are on offer now, get an IKEA family card/ number first, very good further discount
