Hi Everyone,
We are a family of 2 adults, a 4 years old daughter and a friendly German Shorthair Pointer based in the Paris suburb.
After many years of camping all over the world with a tent, rented campervans or 4x4s before having a child/dog, we have decided to buy our own traveling vehicle to discover Europe.
During the last 3 years we were traveling during holidays with an SUV, an autonomous trailer (water + solar panels) and a tent. It was nice but it had two big drawback, the trailer witch limit a lot the ability to stop everywhere (visits, gas station, supermarket,...) and having to find a spot for the tent, it required stops in campground/farms.
The solution was easy to find, buying a camper van !
After a lot of thinking we have decided to buy a 2024 California Beach 4motion TDI 150 DSG7.
We got it 3 weeks ago and didn't had the opportunity yet to sleep in.
