Is this a new format for Calis for sale ? Don’t like it . Please let’s have the old one back.

Have just tried the new site and have to agree. When enlarging photos they are of very poor quality (on Samsung tablet and iphone). I bought a van from a club member a few months ago and the pictures on the old site were much clearer. Seems to be an issue with this aspect.

Just checked this out and have to agree. On my Lenovo Android tablet the pictures appear very low quality and just get worse when you try to enlarge them. On my Google Pixel 8 the photos seem ok until you zoom in which you can only do using the zoom icon at the top it doesn't seem to be possible to enlarge the photo using two fingers. Very strange.

The reason for this is purely down to the fact the images were transferred from the old site using the thumbnails not the original images is will only be a temporary problem as soon as new adds are listed they should be sharp there were over 600 images to move. I think it is a large improvement in layout and functionality.

It's change which will take some getting used to.

I would like to see engine size and drive spec in the front screen so I could instantly see if it is something I am interested in, for example, a 204ps 4wd etc.

I like the search facility. Saves trawling through 100 ads in the summer. Only the temporary thumbnail issue that spoils it.

I liked the old old days, before we had classified ads, where vans for sale just appeared like new threads, and you could discuss them and slag them off in public
