Just purchased my first camper van, a california coast. I’m after information on the best places to get bedding, cutlery etc.

Walk into your bedroom. Grab the duvet off the bed. Roll it up, put it in the van. Simple. Don’t t let anyone tell you to use sleeping bags

Cutlery, kitchen drawer.

Ha ha, we have sleeping bags from our camping days and wouldn't use anything else, we have a bedlington terrier so waterproof mattress protector is a must, a chopping board is also a good idea, I made a template with the washing up bowl £6 later a bamboo board that fits a treat

I would try and use as much stuff that you already have to start with. It’s easy to get carried away buying lots of new kit. After your first few outings you will have a better idea of van stuff you want to buy… and then be careful… the buying doesn’t stop
