Missing pantograph jack

Where have you looked? Is there anything else you can’t find ?

Do you have a spare wheel? If not, you don't have the jack.
If you have a spare wheel, there should be one in the storage box behind the rear bench.

With 18” wheels there is no spare (from the factory). But we still have a jack. Check the gear tray at the rear of the bench seat (2 plastic headed bolts fix in place).

Yep, agree with @Hawthorn37 above. I have a MY22 Ocean with 18" alloys. No spare wheel (anything over 17" won't fit in gap under the van) but you should get a jack, tyre lever etc and it's normally in the black plastic box on the back the rear seat that's got a couple of thumb screw type things and two velcro straps holding it shut.

Originally it should have also come with a plastic bottle of repair gunk (to put into a punctured tyre) and a 12v plug in compressor in lieu of a spare wheel . Mine were in a little poly tray strapped on the side of the bench seat draw, in the narrow gap where the second draw option would be fitted.

If the van was fitted with the sports pack it’s a different jack, my my22 didn’t come with a jack & the dealer was adamant that it shouldn’t have one.

My Ocean with SP didn’t come with a jack.

mine was supplied without. the dealer said it was because it came with the repair kit. it took quite a bit of moaning to have them supply one. I would expect most if not all new vans supplied with a repair kit do NOT come with a jack from the factory.

Where have you looked? Is there anything else you can’t find ?

All cupboards and especially in the toolbox behind rear seat where it should be

2009 T5 here with 18" Dakar alloys from new. Spare is a standard Transporter steel wheel under the back.
The standard Pantograph Jack (never heard it called that before now) is wholly inadequate for the Cali. Possibly OK for a completely empty Transporter.

I had to use the standard Jack in anger last year for the first time and it collapsed on me. Left me in a dangerous position on the side of the road. Good old AA to the rescue!
I now have a small trolley jack in the back on the van and the standard Jack went into the skip. This may explain the absence of yours? Is there a void for it in the tool kit?

I used my jack already 2 or 3 times. One time on wet cobblestones. No troubles changing my flat tyre. I was only 2 minutes late for work that morning.
Okay, it was an empty California, but still 2500kg.
