Main dealer feels like the ultimate rip off

My cali is coming up to 3 years so time for mot and service, would love to do the all in but you carnt unil it trips over 3 years(gripe No 1)
The cost of just interim service and mot £450 ouch, been told it also needs a FOC engine management software recall. Or i can just get the oil done no inspection for £275 but told they would not reset service light! (major con gripe) sounds like poole breeze have had the reeves appointed accountants in since they were taken over!
What did you pay for a main dealer service i feel i am being truly shafted?
The comment about service light truly wound me up! Used to have nothing but praise for the old breeze!

I googled how to reset the inspection light. Was pretty easy to do.
The light was a bit pointless because the van had been in for a recent major service.
