In excellent condition (only used several times) and comes with all the tent pegs, leads, door poles, repair kit and spare angle joints etc. No groundsheet.
Approximately 96" x 96" x 77" tall. Three zipped doors, window panel and full size fly screens.
Very sturdy due to alloy poles and fairly quick to erect - even on your own.
Carry bag is a little worn, but has protected the contents.
