Kathrein mobile satellite problems

Good afternoon all, we're having issues with our 2021 satellite dish. It's saying error and that the dish is folded out when it's in the home position. I've tried the usual reset methods to no avail. Any help from you clever guys out there?

It’s probably jammed in the down position from lack of use. I made a puller for mine as per Kathrein manual. (Just a bolt). So when I released the dish from its drive pinion I then pushed the dish out of the way then removed the lid where the motors are housed. I made sure all the motors could turn then re assembled it.
The other fault was the system would only work intermittently . That turned out to be the poor soldering on the 12v feed into the unit under the drivers seat..

Hi, does it unfold from the control panel ? And if it does does it pick up satellite ok ?
I had similar problem on mine from collecting it, but mine was saying it was folded, and wouldn’t unfold from the control panel. The problem was the kathrein control unit under the drivers seat was not powered on, a little hidden or hard to see power switch on the right of the unit looking from the back of the seat. Make sure it’s all powered on and try a reset on your dish. Hopefully
