Interior lights not working - NOT THE FUSE - what else could it be?

Our bendy light has always been a bit dodgy and last time we tried to use it all the bits fell apart, on trying to put it back together it seemed to short the circuit as all the interior lights suddenly went out. However i have checked the fuse and it isn't blown, i changed it anyway but still no interior lights. Any ideas of what else it could be?

Check all the 10 and 15 amp fuses under the passenger seat first.
