Inka Covers - beware before ordering

Ordered a full set of seat covers 16th November online from Inka. Paid in full and received notification of the order.

Contacted them in January figuring things may have been slowed up by Christmas to be told that covers would be made “soon”. No specific dates given.

Having repeatedly asked for info, have now been told they are shipping 3 times but still waiting. Have had 2 emails from couriers both cancelled and have requested my money back twice which has been ignored.

Taking steps to recover money, terrible service, can’t comment about the products.

Sorry to say that this is nothing new, this forum is littered with similar experiences. Such a shame.
 
Had the same experience recently. Was told twice, over a 4 week period, sending in 4-5 days. After roughly 3 months I cancelled.

Took x2 chasing up and threat of going to credit card company but they finally did refund.
 
They sent me a fedex link just now saying label printed. Hardly counts as shipped!

Having the same problem I’m afraid!
I was mindful of the ambiguous/misleading lead times from Inka, and expected a much longer wait than the 3-5 day claim.
In my case they have assured me that the goods have been shipped via DHL (consignment number provided) and the DHL website shows the package collected 20/2
DHL claim they have not received it!
If I was being cynical I’d say that Inka allocate a shipping number to give themselves more time.
Their communication has been okay so far tbh, and because DHL are notoriously poor in my area it could well be them dragging their heels.
Either way someone is telling porkies…
 
To give some balance. I have ordered from Inka twice in the past, all items were delivered quickly.
 
I ordered my covers in July and just sat tight and waited and they turned up a couple of months later. I would have been frustrated if I hadn't read previous posts but went in with eyes open. Worth the wait for value for money, but comms on their part are poor no doubt.
