Anyone had any news about replacement infotainment systems from be

8 months and still waiting VWCV keep informing me every 2 weeks that there is no feedback from VW Germany. They don’t have parts. I am wondering who our warranty is with VWCV UK or the main VW Group. I have been looking at the consumer protection act about warranty repairs but it does not state a time for repair. I think it’s time they offered an alternative. As there is no way they will start a new manufacturing run for these.

These units can be repaired, frequently done out of warranty, BUT VW don't repair only replace.
The repair costs are about 1/3 or less the cost of a replacement unit.
Maybe you should contact Dealer AND VW UK and suggest a repair at their cost?

Hi @Budgie , just got a phone call from the VW garage, part is available and booked for the 8th April.
