Anyone else had the "tick-tock" stop from the indicators?
Driving this evening, in the crown of the road, indicating right and your normal tick-tock noise, just stopped before the indicator stalk was returned to off.
Seen a few threads on the T6 forum reporting the same, with some saying that they replaced a speaker in the dash ( I won't be unsoldering / resoldering under the dash) With other replies saying that VW replaced the whole instrument cluster for the sake of a £2.50 speaker.
Looks like it effects the other dashboard "dings" like "Lights left on" etc, so does point to the speaker by the sounds of things.
I am inside the last year of extended warranty, so I guess I just need to get it booked in. Just not mad on the idea of the dealer having the dash out and making a pigs ear of putting it back for the sake of something so minor.
Just reaching out in case there are some other similar experiences.
