Indicator bulb replacement

Hi our rear right indicator light is out ..we have a bulb but can’t open the housing it seems as if a specialised key is required..pentagonal..is there an easier way ?

So far as I know the fixings are standard Phillips type.
I found a YouTube video for the T6 Transporter (same for Multivan ) if this helps…

Please post a photo of the fixing you’ve come across in case this doesn’t help.
