How to remove the interior trim in the rear of the van

Has anyone removed the trim that goes from the B pillar to the rear of the van (passenger side beach variant)?

My rear window wash pipe has popped off, leaking fluid inside the van. I can see the connection at fault, but cannot access it to reattach it without removing the panel.

Sussed it!

There are some 6mm bolts holding what appear to be the vents to the body for the rear ac. The vents are attached to the trim.

Remove the C pillar trim - undo 2 6mm bolts
Remove rear air vents - undo the 6mm bolt behing
Undo the 6mm bolt at the rear

This gave enough access and leverage to lower the trim, reconnect the hose and put back together!
