help - passenger window and wing mirror failure

Urgent help please. Hubby in France with 06 cali.passenger window such up and wing mirror won't move. I'd if fuse and if so where EXACTLY??? Thanks

Mine did that. I wiggled the rubber conduit through which the wires go from van to door and all was well again.
