Hello, how do I remove the metal runners ( the full thing) bench seat fits into . Spilled milk and it went into the runner area and need to clean it quickly . It’s going to smell bad very soon . TIA x

Personally would flush out with soapy water and vacuum up with wet and dry vacuum.

Spilt milk in a car years ago. It was essentially a write off!! Never ever smelt nice again.
