Hello,

Last night on my T6.1, my heater Ebersprächer stopped in the middle of the night. I always use Continuously mode so it should be able to wok all the night.
  • Gasoil OK
  • Leisure Batteries OK. I was able to start it again when i was cold :)
I don't know if the CaliHeat create an overheated and then the heating goes into safety mode. The icon disappeared.

Anyone with a similar issue ?

Thank you

I know the difference between Heat Immediatly and Heat Continuously.
Perhaps it's my english, but i don't understand how it's related to my problem.

Perfectly acceptable English to me. Don’t ask about my French.
It won’t help, but recently mine ran for 5 days and nights set on 3 during a trip to Switzerland.

Not temperature related? As you say, you know how it works, so it cuts on and off as it reaches the temperature set. If set too low vs the ambient temperature it will heat to that and then not come on again.

Yes, i know that it should run multiple nights.

But at the middle of the night, the heater icon has disappeared (The fridge was ok). I don't know if it's possible that a brief low voltage occurred and the heaters stopped. It's quite strange.

It's not just a cut off. The heater icon on the central unit has disappeared

I know also that nothing should be placed in front of the outlet to prevent overheating and safety shutdown, but I don't think the CaliHeat can be considered as such.

Seen but never used these. It can get cold up top. Doesn’t seem a coincidence to be honest. Especially if for some reason you ended up with the heat going back.

Tried a reset via fuses and use it without the attachment and see if everything ok? You can then work out if it is the heater or attachment.

Back to home tonight, i just started the heater one hour ago without any accessories. I will see if it's still ON tomorrow morning.

Next try will be with a fuses reset before.

This morning the heater is OFF. Meanwhile Caliheat manufacturer respond me and told me about a TPI regarding this issue... and i found this thread. Dates are matching... rdv took to my dealer but he was surprised... Nice moment incoming...
