Heated Mirrors

I seem to have only the left heated mirror that is working (first time i used them yesterday), the right one resolutely stayed fogged. I suspect because of this the switch is fine so can anyone help with fuses to check or anything else I should be looking at before attacking the mirror itself?

Do the mirrors fold on both sides?

Do you have side alert on the mirrors? If this is also not working then is likely to be a lose wire/connector.

Could be a wire is loose or the heating element is broken.

If you do a search on here for fuse layout then you will confirm whether there is a single fuse or double fuses. If single fuse then both sides will be affected.

Thanks Alan, yes they fold an have side alert and all is working fine, couldn't see anything at first look on single or double fuse but clear that if single then neither element would be working.

In which case I suggest may bee the heating element. Removal of the mirror glass is a diy task....loads of videos on facebook or google search.
