Spare wheel - long bolt STD one not locking with cover and 2 tool box screws I think?

4x 17 inch alloys [Thunder ??] Were going to be winter wheels but never got winter tyres for them. 2 tyres [235 55 r17] are ok ish 2 worn to limits but I’d change the lot. Priced accordingly.
