Fresh water pump

I have problem with the water. When I push on the water I hear the pump going, but lighter then usually and no water comes. (Just a few drops) Can someone help me, please?

Fill the tank right to the top to help it prime?

Thanks, it is filled up.

You may need to leave it running longer to prime and also try putting your mouth over the tap and give it a suck.

Otherwise, you may have to open the inspection cover and pull the pump up and inspect it.
