Excited as we are picking up our T6.1 Cali on Monday

We have finally identified a T6.1 California Ocean that we are picking up on Monday. We are super excited to get going and getting lots of tips and information from this Club!!
We are seasoned campers after 17 years in our 1978 aircooled T2, but we will be able to go much further afield now - unfortunately we are not aging as well as the van .

That's quite a jump from a T2 to a 6.1. I hope you have many happy times together.

Having made the leap from an Early Bay to a 6.1 myself, I can assure you that you will absolutely not regret it, especially when you see a steep incline looming on the horizon and you already have a long tail of traffic behind you
You will miss people waving and wanting to look into your van wherever you park up, but for comfort and the confidence to travel farther, you can't beat a Cali.
