Disconnect rear lights

Hello, I have a T6.1 with rear LED lights. I smashed one and bought some replacements.

Struggling with the plug. I can see that the catch on the right needs to move, but I'm wary of breaking anything.

Any tips on how to disconnect it? Thanks

I would disconnect the whole connection from the vehicle by levering the tab, bottom L, outward and pulling connection block towards you. Then pull upper shroud upwards and pull out bottom plug.
