Hi all just to report that we finally got our awning fully replaced under VW warranty when it started to creases very badly and was not closing equally . Also would not charge on EHU and after 4 hours in VW a new charging unit was needed and has been replaced. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but it is worth noting . A bit concerning when your 6.1 cal is only a year old with 12000 miles on the clock but I highly recommend VW Breeze Poole first class service and the best VW garage for cal in the south and the warranty manager was very understanding so in the end all is well
