Comfort dash, drinks holder trim cover

The dog caught his harness beneath the drink drawer and ripped off the trim front panel. Broken the three clips that attach to the drawer unit. I could glue, but have decided not too

Local (to me) VW dealer cannot get the trim on its own so I am having to buy the whole drawer for €105,

Any one had experience with just getting trim parts rather than having to buy whole units?

You could possibly get it plastic welded look for a bumper repair specialist or the likes, different material but my friends had his sit on top kayak welded and it's almost invisible
